Sarah Amos had studied all the books and attended many personal growth workshops in the past, but it wasn’t until she attended a Braveheart Women Release program that she was successful at releasing unproductive cellular memory and became passionate about helping other women do the same. You know those unproductive thought patterns that reside in our subconscious and seem to rear their ugly heads at inopportune times, thoughts such as there is never enough, or we are not enough, or that we are somehow not deserving, etc. Sarah learned so much from the founder, Ellie Drake, that she knew she would do whatever it took to bring the learning and healing to the women (and indirectly men) of her community. Sarah has since been deemed the ‘Resonator’ of the Tucson chapter of Braveheart Women, a global organization dedicated to inspiring the best in each of us and creating global peace. BraveHeart Women is something so potent that thought leaders and celebrities such as Dr. Maya Angelou, Leeza Gibbons, Mariel Hemingway, Susan Anton, Lisa Nichols, Kathy Ireland and many others are clamoring to endorse it!
Braveheart Women asks:
Who am I here to Be? · What am I here to Create? · How am I here to Collaborate?
Check out the interview with Sarah to learn more about how you can be more empowered and achieve better success through oxytocin rather than adrenaline…

Deep breathe, and HAAAAAAAA
Quick little promo…
ohmigosh! What a great way to start Monday morning, with some oxytocin breathing! I must admit, it made me giggle :o) But I am already looking for a Braveheart Woman chapter in my area!
Thanks, Mindy, big Braveheart hug to you! 😉
So grateful for the work of the Braveheart Women Release Program. I am glad I am getting introduced to this powerful and essential organization. You both have such tender hearts and loved these amazing reminders from your post:
:: “If the world is to be saved, it is to be saved by the Western Woman”.
:: Create harmony – locally and globally.
:: The gift of breathe – surrender + let go.
:: The power of sisterhood
Cheers + oxytocin!
Xx
Thank you, Leona, you are so sweet. Much love to you xoxox
Thank you for introducing me to Braveheart Women. I’d never heard of them and it’s always good to meet groups of inspired and inspiring women. The power of sisterhood is, indeed, a marvelous and miraculous force. S x
A powerful force indeed, Sarah, I am grateful to have you as part of the sisterhood! xoxo
“Unproductive cellular memory” wow! My left-brain loves how that sounds 🙂 It sounds like “Well, it’s logical we have to get rid of that baggage now, right?” 🙂
I love how we’re really seeing women unite and forming movements in the world… I totally believe in the Dalai Lama’s prediction 🙂
hank you so much for this! I will absolutely be adding the breathing techniques to my day, especially the surrender! I also love the idea of honoring other women. In working with new moms, it is so easy for us to feel judged, especially in the online space. I fully support any movement that is about connecting as a community. Here’s to western women!
Wow! Thank you for introducing me to an incredible community geared toward powerful + empowered women : Braveheart Women! I’m going to dig into them deeper 🙂
Sounds like my kind of tribe 🙂 Let’s GO Western women!
