How to overcome self-loathing and reveal your true beauty.

Jade Beall is an internationally renowned photographer, mother, African dancer and inspirational speaker for mother’s to love their miraculous bodies. She is also the creator of the book, The Bodies of Mothers, a comprehensive body image enlightenment project.

I am so grateful to have captured a little time with Jade amidst her expanding travel schedule. And really excited to share this interview as she reveals her own personal struggle with body image and how that struggle was not only holding her back, it was also an essential component to her inevitable success. Without having been there herself and being brave enough to work through self-loathing with authenticity and courage, she would not have gained the trust of her followers so that she could reveal to them their own beauty with grace and love.

This video covers:

  • Overcoming fear
  • Redefining success
  • How to overcome self-loathing and poor body image
  • What children take away from your self-deprecating talk… And so much more.

From Jade:

Self portrait on a beautiful Sunday morning, 2/21/16.

I have been searching for my love since i was 12 years old, oblivious all these decades that my beloved is right here, it is I that I have been searching to be in love with!

I had loathed myself for so long, unable to realize that loving myself is the most delicious offering i could gift this planet.

I hated my skin since I was a tender 10 years old, until i started A Beautiful Body Project. But after that, after learning to love my skin and cellulite and curves, I loathed my behavior.

Now… today… I have fallen in love with me…

I need not photoshop me to impress you with a false version of me so that you have a false idea of who I might be… I am human… Sacred and messy and beautiful, just like you.

This precious human that i have denied love for so many years, how excited I am to continue to fall so deliciously in love with! And this falling in love with me has a phenomenal side affect: i can love my beloveds more fully, more truthfully.

If i were to die tomorrow, I am ecstatic that today I can say I have known true love. And it’s because of all of you, my beloved friends.

I just want you to know: I love me so that I can fully create LOVE with all of YOU. Thank you. Aho!
