So what can you do about it? Train your brain to look at all the beauty and goodness in your day. I shot this video a few weeks ago and am finally getting around to posting and in doing so, watched it myself. I had already forgotten the sweet message from my accountant. Reminding myself allowed me to feel the joy all over again. THAT’s why gratitude journaling is so powerful. Because you can relive all the happy, sweet moments in your day and give less attention to what you want to see less of. What you give your attention to expands. Where’s your focus?
