Susanna Bair is a visionary leader of heart-centered living, and she blogs on the topic for The Huffington Post. She is the co-creator of Heart Rhythm Meditation, co-founder and president of the Institute of Applied Meditation on the Heart (IAM Heart) non-profit organization, and co-founder of the IAM University of the Heart. From New York to London to Vienna, Susanna has traveled the world, teaching heart-centered living practices. She has offered workshops at venues including Miraval Resort in Tucson, a five-star spa frequented by celebrities such as Oprah; she has been on panels with notables such as the Dalai Lama; and she has presented at conferences including the International Society for Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine – where she keynoted and received the Alyce and Elmer Green Award for Innovation, whose annual recipients include spiritual leaders such as Larry Dossey, MD and Joseph Chilton Pearce.
