What strikes me about Deb Kortyna is her laid back and easy going style and yet she has a thirst for learning new techniques and advancements – she is a seeker of knowledge in helping people create a more joyful and abundant life. Often times that comes in the form of people being in pain and seeking relief, yet other times, it is simply when someone feels “off” and not quite themselves and they know Deb will help them find their center and balance again. Deb is trained in Massage therapy, Reflexology, CranioSacral, and as a Reiki Master in addition to BEST – BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique. In this video, Deb explains this modality as well as walks us through the stages (condensed version) of an actual procedure. Watch to see if the BEST technique may be the modality you have been looking for…

Sheila, thanks so much for sharing this. It’s always great to learn about new modalities (I hadn’t even heard of BEST!) especially for those of us who really embrace the body’s ability to heal itself. It’s really interesting to actually see it explained and understand how it can be complementary to other forms of therapy. Thanks!
I love Cranio Sacral and Reiki but haven’t heard of BEST! before. Thanks for sharing and introducing me to it 🙂
Sheila, I went through many modalities as I healed myself from my car accident three years ago. I have never heard of BEST, but I know the body has the ability to heal itself if certain blocks are removed and balanced. Thanks so much for letting us know about this. I loved the demo! 😉
Sheila – Thanks for the introduction to Deb Kortyna and BEST. I love learning about all these modalities and I only know what “modality” means because my sister is a massage therapist! Love being able to talk with my sis about her work and benefiting from her knowledge.
I was a massage therapist for 13 years and I learned about and practiced a number of modalities. (Ha!! Christie Halmick! I never realized modality is an industry specific term, but of course it is.) I’ve never heard of BEST though. Interesting. Thanks
Thanks women/goddesses for all your loving comments, I enjoy spreading new wisdom (okay, so only new to us, BEST has been around awhile) especially when it has the potential to help heal the world. Love to you all!
Sheila – thanks so much for introducing us to Deb Kortyna and to BEST. Fascinating stuff never heard of this modality. Loved the demo!!
Wow I never heard of BEST before. What a great introduction! SO many thanks!!!! Amazing demo to show how this can truly help those with trauma, stress and illness. Amazing!
Like many of the other comments, BEST is a whole new modality for me. I love that Deb offers multiple modalities so that she can really work with her clients across the spectrum – not every treatment works best for everyone.
What a wonderful introduction to Deb and to what she has to offer – thanks, Sheila!
Fascinating!! This is entirely new to me and I am so interested in this. Thank you for sharing!
Sheila! I LOVE how you profile these women and name them as Goddesses! for truly they ARE!
I love BEST… particularly as it calls forth the healing powers of the body. I know this power and access it in my work. This woman is a BIG HEALER….and it so warms my heartsoul knowing that women/people like this are out in our world making the world as it has the capacity to be!
I love hearing about her journey. Wisdom indeed. Thank you!
